Wellness Programming
In efforts to reduce stigma of mental health treatment, our outreach work includes community programming and education for youth and adults. We currently provide wellness chats and Q&A for teens and tweens in community groups. We also provide school-based and clinical consultation with school districts. Further we empower the clinical community with free resources or low cost training opportunities.
At Perspectives, we offer mentorship and internship programming. In addition to parent support classes, group support for community providers, and Q&A in various communities as well.
We value our communities and strive to connect with diverse communities to promote mental health and wellness through social media, virtual panels, interactive programming, and groups.

We Focus On:
The impact of trauma in all communities and focus on supporting individuals and communities as they resolve challenges and move forward in with a positive sense of self community and healthy relationships
The impacts of developmental challenges in all age groups and communities. We focus on helping patients and parents learn strategies to optimize the strengths of each individual to promote adaptive health and an engaged lifestyle
The impact of maintaining healthy and well-trained providers in the community and within Perspectives. We focus on providing supportive community resources to reduce burnout for community providers who support adults and youth with traumatic experiences or developmental delays/disability throughout our communities
