Clinical Programs
In our commitment to providing evidence-based therapy programs and gold-standard assessments, we offer Short Term Psychotherapy for Adult Women and Adolescent Girls, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and holistic trauma informed therapy for children, family, and adults. We also provide ADHD assessments, Autism Spectrum assessments, and psychoeducational assessments for children 0-16 and adults. We further offer virtual sessions and hybrid assessments at our Druid Hills location.
We value the concepts of safety throughout the therapeutic process. We respect the perspective of each individual player within the unit (family, community, self, organizations, etc.).
We also value collaboration, multiculturalism, and warmth as we work through individualized treatment plans and offer full feedback sessions and consultations for psychological assessments.

We provide developmental psychological assessments for young children, school aged children. We specifically test for referral questions related to:

Payment for therapy services:
*As of January 2024, Dr. Sarah Vidal McMurtry has very limited PCIT availability. Currently, we are only taking referrals for the adult and adolescent Brief Therapy Program for Destiny Combs.

Outreach Work
In efforts to reduce stigma of mental health treatment, our outreach work includes community programming and education for youth and adults. We currently provide wellness chats and Q&A for teens and tweens in community groups.
At Perspectives, we offer mentorship and internship programming. In addition to parent support classes, group support for community providers, and Q&A in various communities as well.
We value our communities and strive to connect with diverse communities to promote mental health and wellness through social media, virtual panels, interactive programming, and groups.
