Clinical Programs

We are committed to providing evidence-based therapy programs. All services are virtual therapy options that include Psychotherapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Management, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and holistic trauma informed therapy for children, family, and adults.

We value the concepts of safety throughout the therapeutic process. We respect the perspective of each individual player within the unit (family, community, self, organizations, etc.). We also value collaboration, multiculturalism, and warmth as we work through individualized treatment plans and offer consultations for psychological assessments.

What Our Patients Say

My experience with Perspectives staff has been nothing short of amazing.  They care about the children they work with. They've taken the time to lay down a foundation of trust and build a relationship with them.

This in turn has allowed them to evaluate what is happening with my children with more clarity and understanding. They are then able to relay that info to me and my husband in a way that helps us address what our children need.

Our daughter has made tremendous progress. She continues to grow mentally and has truly done a180 compared to the way she was before she started therapy. Having a teenager growing up in this world today is stressful enough, but with supportive therapists, we have been handling life and the blows that it has been throwing very well.

Wellness Programming

In efforts to reduce stigma of mental health treatment, our outreach work includes community programming and education for youth and adults. We currently provide wellness chats and Q&A for teens and tweens in community groups. We also provide school-based and clinical consultation with school districts. Further we empower the clinical community with free resources or low cost training opportunities.

At Perspectives, we offer mentorship and internship programming. In addition to parent support classes, group support for community providers, and Q&A in various communities as well.

We value our communities and strive to connect with diverse communities to promote mental health and wellness through social media, virtual panels, interactive programming, and groups.
